Individual Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and multiple clients. Typically, groups are centered around a common theme or population. Group therapy is beneficial for those who want to cultivate community while meeting mental health concerns.


In sessions, you will:

  • Explore the core beliefs that are keeping you bound.

  • Reassess values and challenge thinking patterns

  • And, explore themes that are limiting growth and progress
